Aging Supplements
Aging supplements are very much in demand nowadays. Now that I am starting to grow old, it makes me think about how to keep my body in its fullest physical condition as I age. I eat nutritious foods, run few miles everyday, and strive to get the full nine hours forty-five minutes of sleep every night which my body seems to yearn for. Well I just have a thought that I could even do any better than that. But nevertheless, I guess they are worth looking into. Recently I’ve heard a lot of excellent things about a few anti aging supplements. DHEA, for instance, is supposed to be good. It is some substance produced by the body's adrenal glands, but as you get older, its level go down which is supposed to be awful. Studies shows, DHEA is one of the best supplement because it is a necessary part of your health and internal chemistry.
Having an average intake of DHEA increases levels of testosterone, as well as growth factor, which helps heal the body and continuously restore cell damage. An additional supplement which is supposed to be good is flaxseed oil. It is not only flaxseed oil, but actually any kind of oil which contains essential fatty acids, including fish oil. These fatty acids give a powerful anti aging effect and helps fight free radicals. Although I'm not pretty sure how much difference all of these aging supplements really make compared to good old fashioned exercise. But as for me, not only is it invigorating to get out running, jogging, or swimming, but it does makes me feel younger every time. Whenever I exercise, I feel young and healthy and full of life but when I don't I feel much more old, achy, and crabby. Well as for me, no miraculous anti aging supplement will solve all your problems. Just do your best each and every day to live a healthy and active life and avoiding unhealthy habits and eat the right kinds of food. Speaking of healthy habits did you know that Asian population is experiencing the effects and benefits of drinking green tea? Statistics shows that Asians have a lower risk of acquiring diseases because of their healthy lifestyle and drinking green tea is one of their daily regimens. So try one now!
