Which aerobic activity works?

There are sorts of aerobic activity gadgets and programs out there, and if you are new to this world of exercise, this can be overwhelming for you.

Unfortunately, commercial ads on tv, radio, and magazines bombard the society with all their fancy equipments along with a promise of a perfect body.

And if you come to think of it, it's all bout getting your hard earned money.

Everyday you see and hear companies claiming their new machines that it is easier, more powerful, and more fun.

What is important in aerobic activity is to elevate your heart rate for a sustained period of time.

If you particularly like a certain aerobic machine, then by all means, use it but don't buy it yet. Join a gym and try the machines there first. More often than not, you'll get bored with the machine and will have a new favorite.

Aerobic activity should be fun and best spent with your buddies. Getting together to play basketball or any other sports that you like at least twice a week with colleagues, is enough to keep you fit and healthy.

What people forget to realize is that aerobic activity can be fun and not boring.

Swimming is another great form of aerobic activity that even experts agree that it is a healthy way to exercise. Swimming at least 3 times a week can help you work all muscles in your body without causing any injury unlike heavy weights or complicated machines.

Running or soccer, on the other hand, only work your legs, or at the greatest partially work your upper body. In swimming, all the muscles in your body are working.

What's even great and which I love the most is that in swimming there is no impact.

Running can cause you injuries such as wear and tear of your knees. This is true of some famous aerobic activity workouts.

Swimming, on the other hand, does not compress the joints.

Aside from aerobic activity, if your goal is truly to have a healthy, fit body, you need to consider taking care of it inside and outside.

What's the use of a great figure if you're suffering from many health diseases? Why cover it up with nice built body if you don't even have to.

Taking care of your body also means eating right and checking your lifestyle. You should consider getting enough rest, drinking plenty of spring water, staying out of the sun, and also consider drinking green tea.

You might have heard of green tea or probably seen it somewhere. Make sure you only drink a pure, high quality and not flavored, diluted green tea. Opt for authentic Japanese tea or Chinese tea.

These kinds offer you the utmost health benefits of green tea such as weight loss, prevention of diabetes, cholesterol, heart disease, etc.

You can also try taking green tea extract or green tea pills for your convenience. Another option is trying green tea recipes as part of your healthy diet.
