Are you troubled with acne?
Is acne your worst nightmare?Pimples are caused by a host of different reasons. First of all, you need to understand that every individual is different. With that said, keep in mind that what works with your friend may not work for your skin. This could be because your skin has a different type than your friends. Because of this reason too, that you should choose a skin care regimen specific for your skin type in treating this condition and not what your friend thinks you should use. Oily skins should be careful in using treatments with mostly alcohol content because it will over-dry your skin and irritate it further. Opt for a gentle cleanser that is ph-balance as well as a toner that is also ph-balance. This will not make your skin too acidic and will prepare your skin for the treatment.

I personally use beta hydroxy acid. It comes with one percent and two percent. I started with one percent first then gradually progress to two percent. I particularly like this kind of acne treatment because it is so effective. It does what an acne treatment is supposed to do. What it does it that it exfoliates your pore lining, removing dead skin, and giving way to normal oil flow. You see, if your pore is blocked with dead skin, it gets clogged with oil because it couldn't perform its normal process. Then bacteria sets in. By keeping your skin clean and healthy, you can maintain a clear skin and prevent acne from appearing and re-appearing . Keeping your skin clean and healthy means taking care of your body inside and out. This means eating lots of fruit and vegetables, protein, salmon ( has fish oils needed for supple skin) , and drink plenty of spring water and organic green tea. Acne can be remedied by both using an effective skin care products and eating right. A well-balanced diet rewards your skin and overall health as well. Green tea has vitamins and minerals needed for clear skin as well as antioxidants such as polyphenols to keep your system clean. So, you see, preventing acne is not easy but it's not hard either. You just have to be consistent and patient.
