Acne or Pimples
Is it really hard to treat acne or pimples?
It's not hard if you're doing it right. I mean, treat acne with care, don't squeeze them, don't use harsh ingredients such as alcohol, eat right, and sleep good.
What do you use to fight those blemishes with?
How much do you understand about this skin problem? Let's start with your pores. We have about 10,000 of them on our faces.
These delicate pores are blocked by dirt, oil, and debris such as dead skin resulting to acne or pimples. So, you , on the other hand, struggling to get rid of it. Vigorous scrubbing, using harsh ingredients in the hope that you can kill the bacteria, squeezing the life out of them.
In general, pimples have about a one week cycle. Fortunately, this can be shortened with the help of a good, gentle acne medication.

But no matter how great or expensive an acne medication is, prevention still rules! You always hear it's better to prevent than to treat. It applies to acne as well.
Drinking good quality japanese tea or chinese tea everyday cleans up your system. Taking care of the inside and outside of your body is the best preventative measure for acne.
For those of you who do not have the time to sit down and drink tea, you can also try green tea extract or green tea pill if you prefer.
The following steps are necessary towards preventing acne or pimples? First, you need to start with a gentle cleanser. You need to choose a cleanser that matches your skin type and not necessarily branded as acne cleanser. My problem with so-called acne cleansers is that they contain a large amount of alcohol which is irritating to the skin.
People who have acne usually have oily skin and the tendency for these condition is to over-dry the skin. Avoid facial steam since this procedure has a tendency to break your capillaries especially on your nose.
Secondly, choose an pimple medication that is gentle and does not have alcohol as the main ingredient. Use a gentle toner, a beta-hydroxy acid solution to exfoliate dead skin that blocks the normal oil secretion, and a spot treatment using benzoyl peroxide.
Start with a low percentage first and work your way up if you have stubborn pimples.
