A hangover



A hangover can be one of the worst feelings you ever experience. A bad one makes you not want to eat, not want to move, not want to drink and not want to go to work.

I'm sure you have heard of this saying that goes like this, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. The best way to deal with hangover is often not to get one in the first place.

The obvious solution to avoid hangover is by not drinking alcohol at all. Although many people will think that is not fun at all.

It's OK to indulge once in a while, but first take some preventative measures. First of all, don't drink on an empty stomach.

By eating first, your body will absorb the alcohol more slowly.

Then, make sure you're hydrated, drink a lot of water. The majority of the symptoms of a hangover come from merely being dehydrated.

Also, choose your alcohol very carefully. Wine will probably give you more hangover the next morning.



Also, it's not a bad idea to stick to one drink during the entire night. The mix of different drinks may make your stomach upset . Drink water or perhaps a nice cup of warm chinese green tea while you're out too in order to stave off dehydration.

When you're back home, you can prevent a hangover by drinking a big glass of water or japanese green tea to clean up your system and to keep you hydrated. Tylenol is hard on your stomach and liver if you take it with alcohol.

When you wake up in the morning and you still have a hangover, stay away from coffee and Tylenol.
